A man who was shot by police while camping near Yellowstone National Park in B.A.C., has died.
The B.K. Hunt and Grouse Society posted on its Facebook page Thursday that the man, who was not identified, died Friday.
The organization posted a photo of the man in hospital.
“The B.J. Hunt & Grouse society in partnership with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) and BC Ambulance Service is deeply saddened to announce the passing of our friend, B.M. Hunt,” it read.
M was a proud member of the B.L. Hunt Family, a family that had a strong connection to the region and was dedicated to helping to protect the environment. “
